Saving natural teeth whenever possible is always our priority.

Our patient presented with severely damaged upper anterior teeth and retained roots. He was looking for a solution to restore his smile while preserving as many of his natural teeth as possible.

After a comprehensive clinical and radiographic evaluation, we developed a treatment plan focused on preserving restorable teeth and restoring both function and aesthetics.

🔹 Step 1 – Root Canal Treatment (RCT): Endodontic treatment was performed on the teeth and remaining roots considered restorable.

🔹 Step 2 – Extraction: Hopeless teeth and non-restorable roots were carefully extracted.

🔹 Step 3 – Post & Core Build-Up: Post and core restorations were placed where indicated to provide retention and support for the final prosthetic restorations.

🔹 Step 4 – Dental Impressions: Precise impressions were taken to prepare the definitive restorations.

🔹 Step 5 – Final Restoration: The prosthetic restorations were delivered, resulting in a remarkable improvement in the patient’s smile and dental appearance.

عبد الرحمن قعد معانا فترة جميلة في رحلة علاج التقويم، رحلة كان فيها صبر والتزام ومتابعة خطوة بخطوة. ❤️

والنهارده وصلنا لأحلى لحظة في الرحلة دي.. لحظة فك التقويم واستقبال ابتسامة جديدة! ✨😁

من أول يوم بدأنا فيه العلاج، كان هدفنا إننا نوصل لابتسامة متناسقة وجميلة، والنهارده الحمد لله بنحتفل مع عبد الرحمن بنهاية مرحلة مهمة وبداية مرحلة الحفاظ على النتيجة. ❤️
