Class IV Composite Restoration of Traumatized Maxillary Central Incisors ✨️
The patient presented with fractured upper central incisors following a traumatic injury during play.
*Clinical examination : revealed uncomplicated crown fractures involving both maxillary central incisors
- No signs of pulpal exposure were detected
-Soft tissues were within normal limits
*Radiographic Examination:
Periapical radiographs were obtained and showed no evidence of root fracture, periapical pathology, or alveolar bone fractures.
*Treatment Plan:
Direct esthetic Composite restoration of both fractured maxillary central incisors ✨️
