treatment is not just about straight teeth — it’s about controlled tooth movement and a balanced smile. 🦷

A case managed with a combination of premolar extractions, space closure, and lower arch intrusion to improve alignment and vertical control.

🔹 Premolar extraction to create the space needed for proper alignment.
🔹 Controlled space closure and retraction.
🔹 Lower incisor intrusion using a reverse curve of Spee to help level the lower arch and improve the deep bite.

A challenging case treated with a carefully planned extraction protocol.

Treatment included the extraction of both impacted maxillary canines and the lower first premolars, allowing us to relieve severe crowding and correct the anterior crossbite while establishing a functional, stable occlusion.

✨ This is the progress achieved after just 18 months of treatment.
Every smile has its own story, and every treatment plan is tailored to the patient’s unique needs.
