A case managed with a combination of premolar extractions, space closure, and lower arch intrusion to improve alignment and vertical control.

🔹 Premolar extraction to create the space needed for proper alignment.
🔹 Controlled space closure and retraction.
🔹 Lower incisor intrusion using a reverse curve of Spee to help level the lower arch and improve the deep bite.

افهم إيه الجهاز ده وليه شكله غريب؟ 🤔

ده جهاز الـ Headgear، واستخدمناه في حالة جوري (١١ سنة) لعلاج بروز الفك العلوي والأسنان الأمامية.

اخترنا نوع Combi-pull headgear لأنه بيساعدنا نبطّئ نمو الفك العلوي ونحقق أفضل نتيجة في الوقت المناسب أثناء النمو. 🦷

والأهم إن الجهاز مش بيتلبس طول اليوم، لكن لمدة ١٢ ساعة يوميًا فقط لمدة حوالي ٦ شهور.

وفي الحالة دي استخدمنا الـ Occipital strap والـ Cervical strap للحصول على أفضل ثبات، لأن الحالة ماكنش فيها مشكلة رأسية (vertical problem).

في الحالة دي، كان خلع الضرس الأول الصغير (السن رقم 5) جزءًا من خطة العلاج لتوفير المساحة اللازمة وترتيب الأسنان بشكل صحيح.
ودلوقتي إحنا في مرحلة قفل الفراغات الناتجة عن الخلع، علشان نوصل لعضة سليمة وابتسامة متناسقة. ✨
كل حالة لها تشخيصها وخطة علاجها الخاصة. 🤍

حالة من الحالات الصعبة اللي احتاجت خطة علاج دقيقة ومدروسة.

تم خلع النابين المدفونين في الفك العلوي مع الضرسين رقم ٤ في الفك السفلي لعلاج التزاحم الشديد وتصحيح العضة المعكوسة والوصول إلى إطباق صحي ومستقر.

✨ وده التقدم اللي قدرنا نوصله بعد سنة ونصف فقط من العلاج.
كل حالة لها خطة علاج خاصة بيها، والهدف دائمًا هو الوصول لأفضل نتيجة وظيفية وجمالية 🩶🙏🏼

Treatment included the extraction of both impacted maxillary canines and the lower first premolars, allowing us to relieve severe crowding and correct the anterior crossbite while establishing a functional, stable occlusion.
