A patient came to the clinic complaining of pain in the maxillary right first molar. The tooth needed root canal treatment, which was completed successfully.
On the same side, there were remaining roots of the maxillary right first premolar, and they were extracted. After the extraction site healed, a fixed zirconia restoration was done to replace the missing premolar.
A zirconia crown was also placed on the maxillary right first molar after root canal treatment.
