Space distribution to overcome large Diastema

A combined abbroch to treat multiple genralized spaces in both jaws due to microdontia, associatd with severe overjet
1- orthodontic phase.. After Cephalometric analysis a twin block functional appliance was choosed to correct overjet by placing mandible in more forward position, for 6 months
Followed by anterior bite block to allow posterior occlusion adjustment
2 - surgical phase .. After DSD and cbct analysis a surgical crown lengthening was performed for both upper and lower anteriors to increase vertical teeth profile
3- stabilization phase for 2 months to allow gingival healing
4- restorative phase, a multi layered direct composite veneers were used to provide correct teeth dimensions according to DSD and produce more esthetic appearance .
