At the in London, we caught up with Vishal Soni, YouTuber, health coach and founder of Excellavit Health+, to talk about the connection between oral health and whole-body wellbeing.

With over 24 years of experience in science leadership and a personal journey through fibromyalgia, Vishal has dedicated his work to exploring how different systems in the body are connected — and how we can support our health through a more holistic approach.

So naturally, we had to ask him: How important is oral health when it comes to our overall health?
