Me, a dentist, trying to explain a root canal to a patient: “Don’t beat around the bush.” 🦷

Patient (Gen Z): “...the horse?”

Nobody in this office is okay. Some of us are speaking English and some of us are speaking vibes. 😭

Dentists, tell me: what’s the one thing you’ve explained 47 times that a patient still didn’t get? 👇

🐶 vs 🦷 I know we love our pets but jeezzzz….
Your dog coughed once. You paid $5,000 without blinking. 🐶💸

Your tooth has been screaming 😱 for weeks and you are out here chewing like a hamster on one side. 🐹

Priorities? Questionable.

But here’s the plot twist: your dental benefits expire December 31 and DON’T roll over. 😳 That’s free money you’re letting die.

📞 Call your dentist. Use your benefits. Book before the year ends.

Your teeth want the vet treatment too. 🦷 Tag someone who needs to hear this 🔖👇

it’s less a policy change and more a coping mechanism…

Business owners, dentists, and anyone who’s said it three times before 10am: this one’s for you. 🙋‍♂️

Tag the coworker who needs this memo. 👇

POV: You’re a dentist who loves evidence-based dentistry… until the research starts using words that require a PhD and a nap. 💀📚

Me: I believe in science.
Also me: If I can’t pronounce it, it’s not clinically relevant. 😂

Tell me I’m not the only one who suddenly forgets how to read when the words get too big. 😭👇

“I heard you’re unapproachable.”

Meanwhile, me, minding my business and enjoying my peace. 😂✌🏼

Not everyone gets VIP access to my personality. 💅🏼

Who else gets told they look intimidating but is actually nice? 👀👇🏼

Respectfully… your gums aren’t supposed to file a complaint every time you floss. 🩸

And no, “they’ve always done that” is not the diagnosis. 😭

Tag the person who says this every time they come in. 👀👇

The dental hymn! What else hurts if you work in dentistry: let’s share!

The math is not mathing… 😂

Dentist: “We can fix that crown.”
Patient: “$1,500?! Absolutely not.”
Patient’s Instagram: living their best life on a private yacht in the Mediterranean 😂

Okay… priorities. We respect them. 😅

Be honest: dental work or another vacation? 👀👇
