Tried Vagaro. Set it up. Ordered the machine. Was on the phone with someone from support, merchant account was approved....
Then—boom—the account locked over the weekend. No support. No way to book new appointments. No support and whenever I was finally connected to a live agent the chat would time out. That was the final straw.

I’m officially back with Square—support that shows up when it matters. Reliable, responsive, and has never left me hanging. Please stay tuned for your appointment confirmation! I'm almost done resetting up my whole POS and booking system! Square accepts all forms of payment!
Lesson learned: I'm only as good as the team behind me.
