🧠 Food for thought.

“Which toothbrush is best for my teeth?”
A question we get all the time. 🪥

The answer? Soft bristles, always.

Medium or hard-bristled brushes might feel effective, but they can actually wear down your enamel and irritate your gums.

So next time you’re shopping for a toothbrush—go soft, go gentle, and your smile will thank you! 😊

🧠 Food for thought.

After having his panoramic x-ray taken, a patient asked one of our hygienists about the exact dose of radiation involved.

The answer? Just 9–26 microsieverts — a very low dose compared to many other types of medical imaging.

In fact, that’s less radiation than you’d get flying from Victoria to Toronto.✈️

Wild, isn’t it? 🦷
