For some people dental anxiety can mean avoiding appointments, putting off care, feeling embarrassed, or experiencing genuine fear about what an appointment might be like.

Whether you’re visiting a dentist, denturist, or another oral health professional, those feelings are valid and you don’t need to be embarrassed about them.

At Nechako Ridge, we’ve put thought into creating a clinic environment that feels warm and comfortable. From the soft colours to the artwork throughout our space, we want our clinic to feel like somewhere you can breathe a little easier.

We’re excited to introduce the second speaker for our Fall CE Event 🤩🦷

Meet Angus Barrie, a registered dental technician in BC since 1987. After completing his apprenticeship through VCC, Angus went on to build extensive experience in dental technology, with a particular focus on dental implants and comprehensive dental rehabilitation.

Angus presentation is titled “Traditional to Digital: What I Learned, What Works & What Doesn’t”.

The perfect smile isn’t always the whitest one 🦷

At Nechako Ridge Denturist Corp., choosing your tooth shade is about so much more than picking a colour from a shade guide.

We look at the whole picture including your skin tone, lip colour, facial features, and even eye colour. All of this can influence how a tooth shade looks once your new smile is in place.

Our goal isn’t simply whiter teeth, it’s finding the shade that looks balanced and uniquely right for you.

We’re so excited to announce our first speaker for our Fall CE Social Evening happening October 1st! 📢

Peter Pizzi will be presenting “Face, White & Pink: The Importance of Photographic Communication for Color Management and Restorative Options.” This presentation will explore how photography can improve communication between dentists and technicians, from capturing colour and facial features to evaluating restorative options and selecting materials for predictable patient outcomes.

A special thank you to VITA North America for sponsoring Peter Pizzi’s presentation and helping us bring this educational opportunity to our local dental community. Peter has shared his knowledge throughout the United States, Europe, Australia and Asia, and we are excited to now be hosting him in Prince George!
