My goal and passion are to train & inspire my students to become outstanding dental administrators.

Early in Kelly's career, she had the opportunity to spend six months with a business coach learning all aspects of the everyday functions of a dental practice. While being coached, she learned the foundation of owning and managing a dental practice. She began her career as a Level II Certified Dental Assistant and worked for many specialists. Over the years, she has trained many administrative ass

istants ranging from little or no experience to seasoned veterans. In some cases, she has offered her expertise to those looking to tweak or refine their skills. While she can help your administrators become strengths in your practice, she can also assist in taking your training to the next level. Kelly has managed small, medium, and large practices with multiple locations. She helped with start-up and existing dental practices to help maximize revenues and find efficiencies. One of her strengths is creating an exceptional dental administrator. Administrative Assistants are the first point of contact with your dental practice. While other courses may only teach the fundamentals to administrative assistants, with her training, you can rest assured that your dental administrator will represent your beliefs and philosophy, and most importantly, they will value dentistry. "Over the last three decades of coaching and managing, I realized my passion is training new administrators with no previous dental background."
