A little before and after! ➡️

Our patient came to us in need of immediate dentures and required multiple extractions due to significant swelling and oral health concerns. Given the severity of the case, we recommended a set of transitional dentures to allow for proper healing while still maintaining function and appearance throughout the process.

The transitional dentures provided both our team and the patient with the time needed for her tissues to heal and stabilize before moving forward with her final treatment. Once healing was complete, we were able to fabricate her final upper and lower complete dentures.

It was a long journey, but absolutely worth it in the end! Seeing her smile with confidence again made it all worthwhile. She is now able to speak, eat, and enjoy everyday life comfortably with her new dentures, and we couldn’t be happier for her.

We’re so pleased with how this immediate upper and lower denture case turned out and so is our patient! 😊

Immediate dentures are placed right after tooth extractions, so patients can leave the clinic with a complete smile the very same day.

For this case, we collaborated closely with a dentist to coordinate the extractions and ensure a smooth transition into his new dentures. This teamwork helps protect the healing tissues, maintain facial shape, and provide comfort throughout the healing process.

Now, our patient can smile confidently again and enjoy eating comfortably all while his gums heal and adjust. Once healing is complete, we’ll fine-tune the fit to ensure long-term comfort and function.
