𝗗𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝘆𝗴𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁

Mo graduated from the dental hygiene program at Georgian College in 2017. Before joining our team, she worked part time clinically and the other half she helped educate parents with young children in the GTA on how to take care of their teeth. This is something Mo is very passionate about, because she has a 5-year-old daughter and learned that many parents have yet to learn about infant-18yo oral health care. Mo is very excited to be back in Barrie and to be a part of the Eastview Dental Team.

Dr. Divya Sharma earned a BDS from Sri Ramachandra University in 2011 and an MDS from Meenakshi University in 2014. She then discovered her passion for orthodontics and made it her specialty.

Dr. Sharma is incredibly kind and compassionate and cares for each of her patients as if they were her family. She prides herself on always delivering high-quality and detail-oriented work. Dr. Sharma is fluent in English and Hindi and additionally speaks a little Tamil.

In her free time, Dr. Sharma likes to travel, paint, read, and watch engaging movies and television shows. She also loves to spend time with her close friends and family.

Dr Sam enjoys challenging himself and learning something new every day. He is passionate about oral surgery, focusing on wisdom teeth extractions and Implant dentistry. The attention to detail that Dr Sam provides his patients helps with the proper planning and ex*****on of their treatment.

As an Indian-born dentist, Dr Sam completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2012 before dedicating his time to advancing his dental skills and building a successful private practice. After immigrating to Canada in 2017, he completed his National Dental Examination Board( NDEB) equivalency in 2019 and started practicing across GTA in 2020. Dr Sam believes it is important to stay up to date on the latest research and advances in dentistry.

Watching movies and exploring new beaches are some of Dr Sam's favourite pastimes. Cooking food for his wife is his ideal weekend.

Dr. Chaitanya Chandarana graduated from Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai, India (2008) and went on to complete his Masters in Endodontics (Root canals) from Saveetha University, Chennai, India (2012).

It is a privilege for him to provide Endodontic solutions to patients requiring complex treatment planning to save diseased and broken-down teeth.

Having practiced internationally for over 10 years, Dr. C brings valuable hands-on experience and gentle chairside manners to his patients. He successfully completed NDEB equivalency process in Canada in 2019 and became a Board-certified Dentist in Canada in early 2020.

Before taking over the ownership at Eastview Dental in Barrie in April’ 2021; he worked as an Associate Dentist at the Kingston General Hospital and Dentistry on Queen (Downtown Kingston) from Feb’ 2020 until March’ 2021.

Dr. C is multilingual- speaks English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil and Punjabi.

Outside of Dentistry, Dr. C enjoys quality time with family and friends, travelling to new places and plays Cricket.

Dr. Avtar Kauldhar graduated from the Dental Program at the University of Western Ontario (Western University) in London, Ontario in 1992. He worked as an associate from 1992 to 1995 in Sault Ste. Marie. Here he acquired experience in all aspects of dentistry. In 1995, Dr. Kauldhar and his family moved to Barrie, Ontario and took over a practice in Innisfil. He practiced here with his wife for over 20 years.

In 2011, Dr. Kauldhar started Eastview Dental in an effort to provide dental services to the Barrie area. Dr. Kauldhar’s primary goal is to provide excellence in all facets of dentistry and to carry it out in a FRIENDLY, GENTLE and CARING way using the latest techniques. It is Dr. Kauldhar’s goal to make each dental experience as easy as possible for our patients. It is for this reason he specialized in & laughing gas; and Dentistry Asleep, & (Intravenous Sedation) for patients who are nervous, have had previous bad experiences or just want something to make the dental experience more comfortable.
