Teenage (around 10-17y/o) is most dangerous age of human being...
They are aggressive impatient and prone to do mistakes as well as their tooth decays..
In this age we grow mature everyday inside and out so hormones were on pick blood vessels are rushed and infection exposed our body immunity fights back quickly but not with poor oral health as a result simple untreated tooth decays become grossly infected caries involves bifurcation area of tooth which was hard to repair..😬
And......at last that 12year old boy lost his 6years old 1st molar... 😥

[Btw upper 1st molar got his RCT done already after lower molar situation which i completely forgot to take any evidence so i don't have pictures]

কিছু কিছু মানুষ আমাদের জীবনে আক্কেল দাঁতের মতন।।
জীবনে কাজে আসবে না কিন্তু একটু সুযোগ পাইলেই জীবনের ঝামেলা ঠিকি বাড়ায় দিবে।।
সুতরাং এমন আক্কেলহীন আক্কেল দাঁত কে সুযোগ দিবেন না ব্যাথা দেওয়ার আগেই ব্যবস্থা নিন ডাক্তারের শরনাপন্ন হন আর দাঁত তুলে ফেলুন।।
এই সমস্ত মানুষের কথা আমি বলতে পারছি না কিন্তু এই সমস্ত দাঁতের ব্যাথার জন্য আমার সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।।

Some people are like wisdom teeth in your life..
Never gonna help you out but when it comes to trouble they are become troublesome..

So the reality is carbonated soft drinks that we love drinking chilled are really a acidic media which destroying our outer layer of teeth..

So as tea,coffee,iced breverages as well what can we do?? Do not drink it?? Completely band those?

The answer is NO..
Everything under control eating or drinking is healthy and good for your gut and satisfying for mind as well..
Too much is the problem..

Dx: pulp polyp with granulation tissue with BD crown and root
Treatment : extraction with curettage
Suture done.
