*প্রতিটা হাসিই মূল্যবান। আমাদের স্বাস্থ্য ভালো রাখতে হলে মুখের স্বাস্থ্যবিধি মেনে চলতে হবে -

১. দৈনিক দুইবার দাঁত ব্রাশ করতে হবে, সকালের নাস্তার পর ও ঘুমাতে যাওয়ার পূর্বে।

২. ফ্লোরাইড যুক্ত টুথপেষ্ট দিয়ে দাঁত ব্রাশ করতে হবে যা ক্যাভিটির বিরুদ্ধে কাজ করে।

৩. ভিটামিন -সি সমৃদ্ধ ফলমূল খেতে হবে যা আপনার মাড়ির স্বাস্থ্য ভালো রাখতে সহায়তা করবে।

Every smile is valuable. To be healthy we should maintain oral hygiene properly.

For maintaining good oral hygiene :-

1. Brush your teeth twice daily, after breakfast and before go to bed.

2. Use flouride containing tooth paste which has activity Against dental caries.

3. Take vit- c containg fruits such as lemon etc. Which make your gum healthy.
