It’s hard to put into words how much Jamie has meant to our team.

For the past 6 years, she poured her heart and soul into this clinic, leading with strength, patience, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Thank you for always giving your 100%, for keeping things running with care and integrity, and for being the steady hand behind so many of our clinic’s successes.

She wasn’t just our Practice Manager. She was the anchor, the stability in the chaos, and the one who made sure everything (and everyone) was taken care of. You’ll be so missed, Jamie. Thank you for everything, truly.

Are you grinding your teeth at night? 😬 You might be — and not even know it!
Bruxism (yep, that’s the fancy word for it) often kicks in during stressful times, especially while you’re asleep.



Most people only find out because their partner tells them… usually mid dream with a not so gentle nudge or pillow to the face 😂

Here are some signs to watch for:
