It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Thomas Clarke.
Following Tom's passing, Hunter Valley Denture Clinic will now permanently close its doors.
For the Clarke family, Hunter Valley Denture Clinic was never simply a business. It was a lifelong commitment to caring for the people of Maitland, the Hunter Valley, and surrounding communities. For generations, families placed their trust in us, and many of those relationships grew into friendships that spanned decades.
The clinic was founded by Tom's father Robert Clarke, who dedicated his working life to helping people smile with confidence and dignity. Following his passing in 2018, Tom proudly continued the family legacy, carrying forward the same values of kindness, honesty, and genuine care that had become synonymous with the Clarke name.
Tom loved serving the community he called home. Whether you visited for new dentures, a repair, or simply stopped in for a chat, he took the time to get to know you. He remembered names, asked about families, celebrated milestones, and genuinely cared about the people who walked through the clinic doors. To Tom, patients were never just patients. They were part of the extended Hunter Valley Denture Clinic family.
The support shown to our family during this difficult time has been overwhelming, and we are deeply grateful. Thank you to every patient, family member, friend, and colleague who entrusted Tom and the Clarke family with their care over the years.
While this marks the end of a chapter for Hunter Valley Denture Clinic, the legacy left by both Tom and his father will live on through the countless lives they touched and the relationships they built throughout our community.
