Yachad SCC Melbourne Yachad is an organisation for Jews from Central Asia, living in Australia. Yachad is a group for Bukharian Jewish people of all ages living in Australia.

The aim of the organisation is to bring people together that may otherwise be disengaged from the community. The organisation is based in Melbourne. Despite the name of senior citizens club, the group organises several events per year for families and people of all ages, from children and young adults to senior citizens.
