🦷 Behind every great dentist is an even greater dental assistant! 🦷
We’re kicking off our “Meet the Team Behind the Scenes” series by introducing Francesca, our Practice Manager and Lead Dental Assistant! 💙
Our Italian pocket rocket 🇮🇹🚀, Fran is incredibly passionate about everything she does and is always willing to go above and beyond for our team and patients. She plays a vital role in keeping the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes -from assisting during procedures to managing the day-to-day operations of the practice. There’s not much Fran doesn’t do!
But what makes Fran, Fran? We thought we’d let her tell you…
A few questions for Fran:
✨ How long have you been working in dentistry?
I’ve been working in dentistry for 10 years.
✨ What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people and making their day a little better.
✨ What’s your favourite procedure to assist with?
Extractions. I enjoy being part of the process and helping patients feel comfortable throughout their treatment.
✨ What’s something patients might not know about you?
I recently became an Australian citizen, so I now have two passports!
✨ What’s your favourite Italian food? 🇮🇹🍝
Lasagne-you can’t beat a good lasagne!
✨ What’s your coffee order?
A cappuccino, of course! I’m Italian-you can’t take that out of me. And definitely no cocoa powder on top!
✨ What’s your favourite thing about the MP Dental team?
Everyone is so friendly, and we’ve all become great friends both inside and outside of work.
✨ What would we find you doing outside of work?
You’ll usually find me cycling, going on bush walks, gardening, cuddling my cats, or spending time with my husband and friends.
