هل ترغبين بمعرفة موعد ولادة طفلكِ؟ لستِ بحاجة لتطبيق معقد! يستخدم الأطباء قاعدة نيجل لتقدير موعد الولادة بناءً على حمل مدته 40 أسبوعًا (280 يومًا). 🤰✨
المعادلة البسيطة:
ابدئي من اليوم الأول لآخر دورة شهرية.
اطرحي 3 أشهر.
أضيفي 7 أيام (وسنة واحدة).
مثال:
آخر دورة شهرية: 1 أبريل 2026
+ 7 أيام، - 3 أشهر: 8 يناير 2027 ✅
ملاحظة: هذه الطريقة تُعطي أفضل النتائج مع الدورات الشهرية المنتظمة التي تستغرق 28 يومًا. يولد حوالي 4-5% فقط من الأطفال في موعد ولادتهم المحدد، لذا اعتبري هذا تقديرًا تقريبيًا.

The Simple Formula:
Start with the 1st day of your Last Menstrual Period (LMP).

👉 قد يكون لدى معظم الأطفال: • ٨-١٢ سنًا خلال هذه المرحلة • زيادة في أعراض التسنين مثل سيلان اللعاب أو صعوبة المضغ

💡 نصيحة للآباء: نظفوا أسنان طفلكم مرتين يوميًا باستخدام فرشاة أسنان ناعمة وكمية من معجون أسنان يحتوي على الفلورايد بحجم حبة أرز. تجنبوا وضع الطفل في زجاجة الحليب أثناء النوم.
