If you cannot master precision 🎯, self-discipline 💪, and patience ⏳, then dentistry may not be the right career for you.

Since childhood 👶, I was drawn to anything that required working with my hands ✂️🛠️—crafting, molding, creating art 🎨, and paying attention to the smallest details 🔍. I enjoyed shaping and refining things with care, often focusing on details that others might overlook.

Looking back, those interests were preparing me for a profession where fractions of a millimeter can make all the difference 📏.

Dentistry 🦷 is not just about treating teeth; it is the art of precision 🎯. Every contour, every margin, every contact point, and every movement matters. A tiny detail can determine the difference between an average result and an exceptional one ✨.

😳 انتبهت إن أسنانك عم ترجع مثل ما كانت بعد ما خلّصت التقويم؟!

وسألت حالك:
شو السبب؟ 🤔
هل كان العلاج غلط؟
أو الدكتور مو شاطر؟
أو يمكن هاي طبيعة أسناني؟!

الحقيقة إنو أحيانًا السبب بيكون تفصيلة صغيرة جدًا… لكنها أساسية جدًا 👀✨

🦷 مثبت الأسنان (Retainer)

الخطوة اللي كتير ناس بيعتبروها “ثانوية” بعد التقويم،
وبيبلش التكاسل بلبسه يوم ورا يوم…
وفجأة الأسنان بتبلش تتحرك وترجع تدريجيًا لوضعها القديم 😅

✨ لأن التفاصيل هي التي تصنع الفرق…
في هذه الحالة كان التحدي يتمثل في وجود حشوات قديمة بلون وملمس غير متناسقين مع الأسنان الطبيعية، بالإضافة إلى تسوسات ثانوية في الثنايا العلوية والأنياب.

تم استبدال الحشوات باستخدام حشوات تجميلية عالية الجودة تمنح اندماجًا مثاليًا مع لون الأسنان الطبيعي، مع تنعيم وصقل السطح ليحاكي نعومة ولمعان السن الحقيقي، مما يساعد أيضًا على تقليل التصاق بقايا الطعام والبكتيريا.

🦷 تم استخدام كومبوزيت Tokuyama .uae بتقنية الطبقات (Layering Technique)، حيث تمت إعادة بناء كل جزء من السن بألوان مختلفة تحاكي طبقات العاج والمينا الطبيعية، للوصول إلى هذا التدرج والتناغم الذي يجعل الترميم غير ملحوظ تقريبًا.

الهدف ليس فقط إخفاء الحشوة… بل إعادة خلق السن كما لو أنه لم يتعرض للتسوس أو الترميم من الأساس. ✨

In this case, the challenge was old restorations with mismatched color and texture, along with secondary caries affecting the upper incisors and canines.

The old fillings were replaced with highly aesthetic composite restorations carefully matched to the natural tooth shade. Each restoration was meticulously finished and polished to replicate the smooth texture and natural luster of enamel, while also helping to minimize plaque and food retention.

🦷 Tokuyama composite was used with the layering technique, where different shades were strategically applied to mimic the natural dentin and enamel layers of the tooth, creating a seamless blend and lifelike appearance.

The goal is not simply to replace a filling… but to recreate the tooth as if it had never been affected by decay or restoration in the first place. ✨
