Brackets can sometimes irritate your cheeks or lips. Applying orthodontic wax over sharp spots protects your mouth and gives instant relief.
3. Soft Foods 🍲
Chewing may be uncomfortable in the beginning, so stick to soft foods like mashed potatoes, yogurt, soups, or smoothies. These are gentle on your teeth and braces.
